4. Once your items have been ordered, they will be created within the stated delivery time, giving you progress emails throughout.
5. When they are being posted, I shall email you confirming this, with a delivery reference where applicable.
Postage & Packing
Each item has a specific postal price, this is due to different weights or different levels of insurance needed.
The Items are securely wrapped with bubble wrap and the cardboard box is stuffed with shredded magazine paper, which can simply be put into your recycling bin.
Returns & Damages
Insured items:
If your item is damaged and unrepairable the items must be returned back here within 7 days, posted 1st class recorded delivery & a refund will be issued back to you, inclusive of all costs incurred to you.
Uninsured items:
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any damages in the post & these cannot be claimed back, if the item is incorrect a fund refund will be issued.
Please note that responses may take a little longer at busier periods and an automated message will respond advising you of this.
