Payment, Delivery & Returns
1. Fill in your questionnaire for the product that you wish to purchase with nescessary information. 2. I will reply to your order within 24 hours (please allow 2 - 3 days on busy periods) and confirm I have received your details and check in case anything has been left off and send through an estimated delivery date.
3. I will also then send through an invoice via email to your email address for the full amount via paypal, which you can pay through credit card too, please note paypal is very secure and I do not see any of your card details.

4. On the invoice I will confirm the estimated delivery date - please note that this date is in accordance with the invoice being paid within 3 days, should the payment be later, then a later date may be given.
5. Once your items have been ordered, they will be created within the stated delivery time and the progress of your order will be updated on the Calender page - this has been created because at very busy periods it is very hard to keep up to date with emailing and replying to emails requesting updates, so for ease of the client and to myself, the updates are recorded on this page referencing the order number and the status of the order.
6. When they are being posted, I shall update the calender page with the delivery reference and confirmation of date they were posted.
Postage & Packing
Each item has a specific postal price, this is due to different weights or different levels of insurance needed.
The Items are securely wrapped with bubble wrap.
Returns & Damages
Insured items:
If your item is damaged and unrepairable the items must be returned back here within 7 days, I would advise posting 1st or 2nd class recorded delivery on more expensive items, as should this item not be received by myself a refund cannot be granted or claimed for via paypal so would definately advise this as security for yourself.
Uninsured items:
All posted items will have a proof of delivery and the post office recognise this.
Terms and conditions
Confirmation delivery dates are given with the exception that the invoice is paid within 3 days, should this not be the case then a later delivery date may possibly be given.
Payment must be paid in full before any work is created.
Next day delivery is for insurance purposes only, if the item is not delivered next day Boogiebabys cannot be held accountable for the Royal mail and no refunds will be issued for postal delays.
Due to seller protection with paypal, I can only send to the address on the paypal invoice that is received.
We will not tolerate abusive or rude emails or telephone calls, we have the right to refuse any order and your order will be immediately terminated.
